Protect and mask aircraft surfaces as directed. ·Assist in applying paint stripper and corrosion-preventive chemicals to aircraft surfaces.·Correctly use Dual Action sanders to sand metallic and composite surfaces. ·Correctly apply epoxy primer to prepared aircraft surfaces. Set up spray equipment for most efficient application of paint. ·Apply sealant to aircraft surface seams. ·Paint various external markings (exit borders, wingwalk outlines, etc.). ·Mask and prepare interior items for paint. ·Use the AIM system to produce picklists and enter daily labor against correct Work Order and item numbers. ·Possess a working knowledge of the Gulfstream Aerospace Policies and Procedures manual, Inspection Procedures manual, GAMP requirements and pertinent Process Specifications required for other product lines.
