| Job Desc: |
Sundance Helicopters has an immediate opening for an A&P Line Mechanic based in Las Vegas, Nevada.
Successful candidate will perform all types of daily, scheduled and un-scheduled maintenance on company fleet to include; troubleshooting of airframe, engine and electrical systems; replacing engines, transmissions and other components as necessary. Required to work as a member of a professional team. Ability to use hand tools, calibrated tools, specialized tooling and test equipment. Ability to properly use manufacturers manuals as required. Ability to make proper log entries as required by FAR. Other duties as assigned by supervisor.
Above average hourly wage, Extensive benefit package, Major Medical (PPO/HMO) w/ supplemental, Dental, 401K w/ matching, paid vacation, sick leave, major airline travel privileges, Employee Stock Ownership Program.
Work schedule is currently a staggered 3 on / 3 off 4 on/ 4 off 12 hour shift, some overtime required, minimal travel on as needed basis.

| Requirements: |
Successful Applicant will possess
Current FAA Airframe and Powerplant Certificate (A&P) with no enforcement action pendingMinimum 3 years within past 6 years maintaining aircraft as a certificated mechanic. Recent experience maintaining Eurocopter AS350 BA, B2 and EC130B4 Helicopters preferred.In-depth knowledge of airframes and engines as well as advanced troubleshooting skills expected.Must be able to work independently and as a team member.Ability to manage time and duties.Good physical condition. Must be able to work long hours under various types of conditions, able to lift/carry 70-100 lbs repeatedly, able to stand for long periods of time, climb, fit in tight spaces and be able to fly on-board company aircraft.This position requires a high level of mental alertness and decision making capability to ensure continued airworthiness and safety for pilots and passengers. |
