JOB SUMMARY
This hourly, non,exempt position requires varying degrees of knowledge of Lear, Challenger, Citation, Hawker, Falcon, King Air and the related systems. Duties include varying amounts of parts replacement or repair, electrical troubleshooting, hydraulic and pneumatic system work, inspection of aircraft or systems and general mechanical applications. Job duties will vary each day and are designated by the Team Leader in charge of the project. Will be required to work independently or lead small projects. Will have direct customer contact A&P License required.

JOB SPECIFICATIONS
Education
High school diploma or equivalentAirframe and Powerplant LicenseAircraft specific factory training preferred
Experience
Airframe and Powerplant license minimum2-5+ years prior aircraft maintenance experience preferred3-5+ years turbine aircraft experience
Initiative
Self-motivated and able to maintain a rapid paceAble to process work with minimum supervisionAbility to provide incentive to other team leaders
Responsibility
Must perform all work in accordance with Federal Aviation Administration guidelinesFollow all company and safety rules during performance of dutiesMaintain customer oriented work habitsDirect the work and flow of small projects.

Physical Requirements

The majority of work will be accomplished in a heated hangarWork outside during aircraft runs will occurVaried positions in and around the aircraft
