We are looking for team players who can help take Aviation Personnel to the next level! Our clients include well known names in corporate and commercial aviation, who value our quality of service and the highest level of professionalism. As a recruiter, your responsibilities will include end-to-end completion of recruiting assignments including sourcing and interviewing of aviation professionals for positions and placements with our clients. In addition, the candidate is expected to actively work with the sales force to maintain and develop relationships with clients and prospects. Responsibilities include: • Sourcing, screening and interviewing of candidates for assigned positions, reviewing credentials and matching candidates to the best position for them • Providing regular progress reports to both clients, candidates and management • Updating recruiting database with current and accurate information on clients, prospects and candidates • Performing other duties or special projects as required or as assigned Benefits: Aviation Personnel provides a great work environment and excellent compensation package.
