RESPONSIBILITIES:
No responsibilities provided. Hours: 6:30am to 4:00pm
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:
Has knowledge of operating SMT equipment, Solder Paste Machine, Reflow Oven, Pace Machine for placing and flowing BGA’s. Can operate SMT rework machine, Hart machine. Knowledge of removal and touch-up humiseal. Knowledge of crimp tools and torque tools required for chassis and cable assembly. Knowledge of handling and routing fiber optics. Knowledge of SAP a plus. IPC certification.
