Seeking a Experience Helicopter Sheetmetal Mechanic Our client is the largest independently owned and operated membership-supported air medical service in the United States, conducting its operations through more than 85 mutually-supporting air medical bases across 14 states. | Requirements: |
Preferred experience in candidate‘s background: Sheetmetal Mechanics – Must have an in-depth knowledge of a wide range of aircraft sheet metal repairs. Will remove and replace various fasteners, locating and drilling holes in conjunction with the removal and replacement of wing ribs and fittings. Works with engineers, planners, and supervisors to develop procedures, and determine materials to be used. Interprets complex plans, blue prints, drawings, and specifications. Performs fabrication using special jigs and holding fixtures. Solves fabrication, assembly, and related problems. Applies a thorough knowledge of materials, metal, and honeycomb core to plan and layout work in manufacturing aircraft parts and components that have straight and curved edges, irregular angles, planes and curves.Must bring minimum tool list |
