| Job Desc: |
Job Scope Responsible for the management and coordination of the air base maintenance workshops. Shall directly supervise Workshops Assistant Managers and technical workforce to ensure maintenance operations meet requirements. Must liaison with multiple departments to coordinate operation requirements. The Production Manager shall organize and provision for the military projects throughout the life of each program. Responsible for, with the Assistant Managers, the development, evaluation, and implementation of all plans, schedules and procedures for the workshops. Development of forecasts, plans and budgets for manpower, equipment and tooling requirements. Responsible for day-to-day performance and productivity for the workshops, including all types of engines, components & industrial repairs.

| Requirements: |
QualificationsRequires comprehensive knowledge of aircraft maintenance and component repair with all facets of Armed Forces policies and procedures. Shall have extensive experience related to aircraft maintenance on one or more of the following type aircraft:Black Hawk UH-60L, CH 47 C+, Eurocopter AS 550, Cessna 208, Eurocopter EC-155, Eurocopter AS 565 UB, De Havilland DH6-300, AgustaWestland AW139, AgustaWestland A109Experience in International Operations – specifically the Middle East Region is preferred. Minimum of ten (10) years experience in Aviation including five (5) years in Supervisory positions of workshop organizations. BS degree in Mechanical/Aeronautical Engineering or FAA A&P License and Additional courses in Technical Workshops and Advanced Management courses are a plus. |
