Job Scope
Responsible to the Base Manager for assisting in the overall start up and operation on all maintenance functions of the UAE Main Base Maintenance repair Operation (MRO). Responsible for ensuring that the requirements of the maintenance operations of the main base are met. Responsible for leadership and direct management of the personnel, processes and to ensure safe, expeditious maintenance of components that are processing through the MRO facility.

| Requirements: |
QualificationsDocumented aircraft hands-on/senior supervisory history in the military, or a commercial aviation maintenance operation. Shall have extensive experience related to aircraft maintenance on one or more of the following type aircraft:Black Hawk UH-60L, CH 47 C+, Eurocopter AS 550, Cessna 208, Eurocopter EC-155, Eurocopter AS 565 UB, De Havilland DH6-300, AgustaWestland AW139, AgustaWestland A109Must have a minimum of ten (10) years maintenance experience, eight (8) years of which must have been in a supervisory capacity. Must possess a minimum of a BS/BA or equivalent experience. |
