| Job Desc: |
Responsibilities and Duties 1. Act as the HQ RSAF focal point for all HQ RSAF actions pertaining to the establishment and maintenance of the PDM/ capability. All responsibilities are accomplished under the supervision of the HQ RSAF AWACS PDM project officer. 2. Coordinate aspects of logistics, maintenance, engineering, contracting and supply elements of the project to insure timely completion of all required AWACS PDMI tasks. 3. Communicates directly with the appropriate RSAF, USAF and contractor elements at all locations to insure that all required AWACS PDM actions are identified and resolved. Generates written correspondence for RSAF AWACS PDM Project Officer to send to all concerned with the program. 4. Plans for and arranges for the acquisition of resources required to accomplish the PDM program and other deport level modifications and repairs. 6. Monitors the progress of all actions related to the AWACS PDM program and determines what actions and tasks are necessary for maintaining an efficient and orderly modification and/or repair capability. 7. Coordinates proper AWACS PDM work methods and sequences of work operations to insure the most efficient use of space, manpower and equipment for the AWACS PDMI facility. 8. Provides recommendations to AWACS PDM Project Officer on requirements for changes/additions to facilities work processes, equipment and/or skills. 9. Tracks each aircraft through the AWACS PDM facility to assure that the aircraft is on schedule. Determines reasons why an aircraft is not on schedule and provides the HQ RSAF AWACS PDM Project Officer with recommendations on how to get back on schedule. 10. Develops a Depot Level Maintenance Manual that would be applicable to the management of any RSAF weapons system.

| Requirements: |
Qualification and Experience: 1. A high school degree is mandatory. A.B.S. degree in aeronautical or aerospace engineering is desirable. 2. A minimum of ten (10) years of maintenance experience on military aircraft is required. Strong written communication skills are required. Depot level supervisor/management experience is highly desirable.
