| Job Desc: |
To apply for this position, the candidate should have the following:- 1. Manage all Repair Shop activities in accordance with EASA/GCAA/BCAA regulations and also in accordance to the Quality Standards 2. Manage technical and administrative staff and work flows within the Repair shop ensuring goals and objectives are met. 3. Ensure compliance with Health & Safety legislation. 4. Set and monitor standards of performance and maximize productivity levels. 5. Manage repair shop operation/inventory on day to day basis. 6. Responsible for keeping the department budget in line with approved budget. 7. Maintain and improve the Repair Shop Procedures. 8. Analyse and investigate product and process issues and audit findings, conduct Root Cause Analysis and provide effective solutions. 9. Responsible for providing adequate training for employees in all relevant technical procedures & process and monitor compliance with approved documentation. 10. Liaison with tester design/planning department to ensure required test equipment is available to support repair of new LRU‘s system introduction. 11. Possess excellent organization, problem solving, communications, and leadership skill 12. Proficient ability with MS Office product: Word, Excel, Power Point and access. 13. Ability to build strong relationship with supporting departments to ensure Panasonic success.
