| Job Desc: |
Responsible for the smooth maintenance services operation activities for all allocation with the ME Region.. * Serve as liaison between the customer and PAC divisions to ensure maintenance support is maintained at high performance. * Will have overall responsibility of allocated customer‘s maintenance service support operation and performance. * Will play pivotal role in maintaining and establishment his stations regularities certified repair stations in ME region. * Ensure maximum resources utilization. * Ensure adequate staffing level and all staffs are trained to required level to obtain and retain necessary company and customer approvals. * Ensure customer and other regularities requirements are complied with. This includes but not limited to office / storage management, inventory control and company asset control. * Ensure all staff maintain necessary requirement to execute their daily tasks. This includes but not limited to resident visa, ramp pass, driving license. * Control all available resources to ensure operation cost is maintained at minimum. This includes monthly roster, leave schedule, inventory control and utilization optimization. * Ensure MS operation meet and exceed contractual obligations for ME Region customers.. * Close monitor of base manager performance to ensure to ensur customer are provided the best service within the ME Region.

| Requirements: |
Degree in related aeronautical / avionics field will be an advantage.EASA B2 or equivalent license..Minimum 10-15 years Airline experience.Minimum 10 years aviation maintenance supervisory experience.Minimum 5 years wide body aircraft maintenance managerial experience. A340/A330/B777 type rating and In-flight entertainment system work experience would be an added advantage with adequate management training.Ability to communicate technical issues relating to System performance to the component level between PAC customers and PAC HQ at every organizational level.Requires excellent communication, verbal and problem solving skills.Must have ability to work independently and be assertive.Must have ability to travel as required and work in a multi-cultural environment. |
