Manager, Global Recruitment Reports to: Vice President, Human Resources Department: Global Recruitment Subordinates: -Supervisor, Global Recruitment Specialist, Global Recruitment Job Summary Supporting operations by identifying, attracting, and hiring the most suitable calibers globally in order to achieve the intended results by working with directors, managers, and external sides including recruitment agencies. Duties & Responsibilities 1.Proposing plans and programs that strive to develop activities of the Global Recruitment Department. 2.Conducting periodic meetings with subordinates to ensure smooth running of activities and keeping abreast with latest findings and actuating them. 3.Creating annual budgets for the department which is in-line with the over-all business plan and managing the department‘s expenditure and earnings within agreed budgets. 4.Providing Division‘s Directors and Departments Managers with professional support and advice related to the recruitment of professional employees at their divisions and departments. 5.Receiving requests for recruiting employees from all divisions and departments and processing them according to the approved company policies and procedures 6.Contacting recruitment agencies in order to request for hiring qualified calibers according to company operations‘ demands and as stated in the manpower plan in cases of planned recruitment. 7.Devising, running and evaluating selection processes including interviews, psychometric tests, personality questionnaires and various group activities in coordination with the Recruitment Manager and Human Resources Vice President. 8.Training Vice Presidents, Directors, and Managers in interviewing techniques and on the role of the assessor at a selection centre. 9.Negotiating with selected candidates regarding job compensation and benefits and according to the implemented compensation and benefits system. 10Coordinating with recruitment agencies outside the Kingdom to provide company with high calibers in all required functions. Duties & Responsibilities 11.Preparing periodic reports with respect to the department‘s activities and achievements to be submitted to the Human Resources Vice President,. 12.Following up on subordinates‘ affairs including vacations, leaves...etc. 13.Carrying out performance appraisals for subordinates according to scheduled plans and recommending necessary actions. Education - Bachelor Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or equivalent. Qualifications/ Certificates/ Licenses -None Work Experience A minimum of 5 years of experience in Global Recruitment.
