RESPONSIBILITIES: Must have a minimum of 1 year or comparable experience in trimming composite parts both simple and complex using different types of hand tools.

| Requirements: |
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE: Knowledge of handling cured parts prior to and during trimming and drilling.-Must be capable of working with and understanding trim fixtures and shop aids as well as pneumatic tools. -Must be capable of lifting at least 25 to 50 pounds.-Capable of comprehending Engineering drawings and drawing changes-Familiar with and able to interpret process specifications and work orders used in the manufacturing of composite parts-Knowledge of bond prepping details such as cured skins, honeycomb cores, metallic and nonmetallic details for co-bonding or secondary bonding.-Knowledge of personal protective equipment.-Proficient at producing quality parts. -Must be capable of being a member of an aggressive EI team possessing interpersonal, listening and participation skills to assist in the completion of projects.-Must be willing to qualify for respirator if needed.-Must be familiar with use of various measuring devices. Micrometer, calipers,¿-Must be willing to work in a noisy and sometimes dusty work environment.WORK HOURS: 6:00 - 2:30 |
