•5 years related aviation experience with two years in a supervisory or management role, Bachelors degree preferred but not required
• FAA Airframe & Powerplant License required; IA preferred
•Experience with Part 145 and 121 Operations
•Experience with managing within a 145 Repair Station and the associated processes
•Ability to work in a fast paced team environment
•Must have a working knowledge of the Federal Aviation Regulations
•Computer literate with a working knowledge of Windows and MS Office programs
•Excellent written and oral communication skills are required
