mmorris@lumeapros.com ·Demonstrate excellent communication skills, professionalism, and positive customer service attitude without ever compromising quality ·Ensures personnel comply with all current Federal Aviation Regulations, Aviation Repair Station and Quality Control Manual, Inspection and Compliance Standards, and Aviation Policies and Procedures ·Ensures Aviation Maintenance and Inspection personnel use approved or accepted data issued by the manufacturer or FAA ·Ensure that adequate inspection aids, special tools and equipment are available, inspected and maintained in a serviceable condition ·Ensure all contract maintenance and internal personnel performing maintenance and inspections have adequate training and are qualified to perform the work which they have been assigned |

| Requirements: | •5 years related aviation experience with two years in a supervisory or management role, Bachelors degree preferred but not required • FAA Airframe & Powerplant License required; IA preferred •Experience with Part 145 and 121 Operations •Experience with managing within a 145 Repair Station and the associated processes •Ability to work in a fast paced team environment •Must have a working knowledge of the Federal Aviation Regulations •Computer literate with a working knowledge of Windows and MS Office programs •Excellent written and oral communication skills are required EOE |
