Description: Tooling Inspection, Test Procedures, Tooling Acceptance~
RESPONSIBILITIES: Performs tooling inspection or test procedures. Documents procedures for creating tooling inspection plans. Performs inspections and collects data for evaluation of process equipment, software, solutions, products or materials Analyzes test, inspection or statistical data to determine product and processes conformity or assists with corrective action recommendations. Documents and communicates test, analysis or measurement results to ensure compliance with regulatory and contractual requirements. Works under general direction. Apply Knowledge of tooling to ensure that deliverable and non-deliverable tools meet contractual and company requirements. Ability to provide engineering design data for computer aided measuring systems and to create and implement new tooling computing systems and upgrades. Ability to define, interpret and reconcile supplier requirements and provide supplier tooling acceptance. Ability to work with minimal supervision and make decisions while utilizing time in an efficient and effective manner. Ability to develop and perform periodic tooling inspection points for tooling designs, provide concurrence on tool design changes, evaluate discrepancies and conduct corrective action.
