Principal Duties and Responsibilities: Essential Functions: 1.Performs inspection duties utilizing engineering drawings and orders, route cards, inspection travelers, technical specifications, QA procedures and instructions and other related documents. 2.Perform conformity/first article inspections to ensure compliance with FAA approved procedures. 3.Perform area inspections to ensure compliance with applicable standards and specifications. 4.Ensures the proper use and storage of area tools and equipment.

| Requirements: | High School degree or GED. Completion of formal inspection training program within 90 days of assignment. Two yrs tech related inspection exp. Four yrs tech related exp. Two yrs mfg exp or equivalent aerospace exp preferred. Competent in use of all job related tools/equip. Proficient in blueprint reading/interpretation, shop math and QC Procedures. CATIA V5, Solumina & Smarteam skills heavily desired. |
