Job Desc: Sales Associate Responsible for selling Sierra‘s products and services using both responsive and proactive sales methods; serves as the primary point of contact for answering new client inquiries. Achieves sales objectives and profitability targets by working the overall sales cycles. Major Responsibilities • Active across sales cycle: Target viable prospects, Qualify leads, Deliver price quotes and sales proposals, Provide product demonstrations, Handle questions and objections, and Close sales • Primary point and lead in closings, including working all aspects of contractual agreements, documentation, and communication • Build strong client relationships • Maintain comprehensive, current, and complete communication with client, company, and concerned parties • Drive profitable sales and meet company targets of new customer acquisitions and product sales • Grow revenues per customer by proactively engaging new clients and through client winback and retention Coordinate in a timely, effective, and efficient manner with other Sierra associates and departments to support sales effort • Represent Sierra at industry trade shows, sales meetings, marketing workshops, and other events • Host and coordinate customer visits • Sell all of Sierra‘s products and services irrespective of bonus and commission structure • Target scope including: Sierra‘s expansive Citation performance modifications, in particular FJ44 re-engining product line, aircraft and engine sales and brokerage, other products and services as directed by the sales manager Tasks • Work in the office at least 20 hours per week to answer calls and provide timely response to customer inquiries • Ensure office and telephone coverage at all times during business hours, including staggering lunch schedules • Log and maintain customer files, including leads, prospects, client requests, and follow-ups on Sierra‘s contact managing system • Submit daily planner and/or call reports, sales plans, forecasts, commission and expense reports in a timely manner • Participate actively as a sales team member and attend required company meetings, including stand-ups, production meetings, and CPI • Perform other tasks as requested or required Job Requirements • Proven high achieving sales record • Demonstrated experience selling luxury goods, multi-million dollar products, and servicing high-net worth clientele • Business aviation, Citation aircraft, and flying experience or ability to learn and master fundamental concepts and technical terms • Able and willing to work additional hours, weekends, holidays, and after hours as required to meet client and business needs • Self-motivated, an outstanding relationship manager, and have highest integrity, confidentiality, and ethical standards • Strong planning, organizational, analytical, leadership, interpersonal, decision making, oral, and written communication skills • Excel at sales opportunity qualification, closing sales, soliciting referrals/repeat business, conflict resolution, and customer service • Strong Customer Service, Operations Management, Communication, Project Management Skills • Ability to learn and apply thorough knowledge of company processes, instructions, procedures, and expectations for world class business dealings • College Degree or Equivalent • Proficient computer skills with Intermediate or Expert level in MS Office, Word, Excel • Excellent problem solving skills, sound judgment, initiative and creativity • Excellent interpersonal, communication, influencing and organizational skills Professional business appearance, communication and conduct, appropriate to high-end jet business image • Physical Requirements: Ability to sit for long periods of time, perform repetitious motion using computers and other equipment, able to lift 50 lbs • Unyielding integrity and ability to maintain composure in a high pressure, rapidly changing environment
