IETM SPECIALIST
· Expertise as a technical writer and Interactive Electronic Technical Manual (IETM) developer · Write and edit articles for military publications and periodicals, and technical manuals and other technical documentation for computer components, and software, and other IT equipment · Proficient at using graphic tools, animated graphics and producing camera-ready sets for publishing · Experience in using Standard Generalized Markup Language (SGML), Extensible Markup Language (XML) Hyper-Text Markup Language (HTML), S1000D. · Expert in use of Arbortext Epic Editor, ROBOHelp, Windows HTML help, Adobe Acrobat and FrameMaker , Hypertext Markup Language (HTML), (PHP)/Server-Side Include Hyper-Text Markup Language (SHTML) web interfaces · Thorough knowledge in the operation of and skilled in the maintenance and troubleshooting of network centric systems including: sensor management, human simulation applications, digital computer systems, and weapons control consoles · Proficient in DoD compliant SGML/XML Document Type Definition (DTD) architecture · Qualified in the Six-Sigma quality process improvement program |
