Ensures Aviation Maintenance and Inspection personnel use approved or accepted data issued by the manufacturer or FAA. Ensure that adequate inspection aids, special tools and equipment are available, inspected and maintained in a serviceable condition. Ensure all contract maintenance and internal personnel performing maintenance and inspections have adequate training and are qualified to perform the work which they have been assigned Oversight of Facility Technician training requirements and provide input on planning of all scheduled training for technicians.
