COMPENSATION: $18-28/hr ($2,500.00 Sign on/Relocation Bonus)A&P LICENSE = $2.00/HR plus yearly increases AIRFRAME ONLY = $1.25 POWERPLANT ONLY = $.50 SHIFT PREMIUMS (2ND & WEEKEND SHIFT = $1.00/Hr, 3RD SHIFT = $1.5O/Hr WAGE PROGRESSION = $.75 increase every 26 weeks ANNUAL INCREASE: 3% increase every AugustBENEFITS: All benefits are effective immediately.
