Requirements

VSC is looking for a qualified candidate to provide inspection support on Printed Circuit Boards (PCB) as it pertains to Quality Assurance in the Aerospace industry in Kanata, Ontario. This project has an expected initial workload of 20-30 hours per week for 3-6 months. The candidate must have a minimum of 5 years of electrical commodity experience to IPC-A-610. The ideal candidate is certified to this standard.

Requirements

·                 Experience performing source inspections

·                 Electrical inspection experience

·                 Must be able knowledgeable with inspecting printed circuit boards (PCB)

·                 Experience with IPC-A-610

·                 Must have hands on electrical commodity experience

·                 Ability to read blueprint drawings, test results review, understanding of customer documentations and specifications

·                 Ability to use precision inspection tools

·                 Computer Skills: Microsoft Office, Internet and Email

·                 Good communication and writing skills

·                 Comfortable working as Independent Contractor
