1. Develops sales plans pertaining to VIP/Executive interior completion business as well as assists in
the development and implementation of marketing plans.
2. Seeks potential opportunities and maintains a strong pipeline of new sales opportunities and pursues
the most profitable and attractive opportunities.
3. Meets with current and anticipated VIP/Executive clients on regular basis in order to manage and
maintain the relationships between Alsalam and those clients.
4. Follows through to negotiate and close VIP completion transactions
5. Creates new business leads, manages and follows up on the preparation of the related documents
and proposals and negotiating with clients in terms of technical factors, pricing, discount policy and
payment schedule.
6. Analyzes sales statistics to assist in sales policy formulation and directs sales forecasting activities.
7. Resolves and follows up on customer complaints.
8. Analyzes customer satisfaction indicators, conducts the required analysis to identify root causes and
introduces the proper corrective actions as required.
9. Represents Alsalam at local and external trade association meetings and other official business
events.
10. Proposes market feedback with respect to the adopted pricing policy, compares Alsalam prices to
the competitors’, and recommends the appropriate preventive / corrective action(s).
11. Coordinates with the concerned parties in the Operations Divisions’ on issues related to operations
plans and schedules.
12. Monitors the competitors’ sales performance in the common markets, assesses the related effect on
Alsalam sales plans and recommends the appropriate preventive / corrective action(s).
13. Executes sales reporting activities with the aim of maintaining a reliable sales database that is used
by the management to make effective decisions.
14. Proposes plans and programs that strive to develop activities of VIP completion business.
15. Analyzes the new business opportunities and/or capabilities
16. Estimates costs and prepares proposals in coordination with Proposals and
Manager.
17. Participates on assessing new areas / capabilities.
18. Secures the opportunities by meeting the customers, analyzing their needs,
customized solution for them.
19. Arranges the customer’s visits to the company’s facilities.
