RESPONSIBILITIES:
Perform tooling inspection and measures product and tools for engineering conformity. Able to documents procedures for creating tooling inspection plans. Performs inspections and collects data for evaluation of product or statistical data collection to determine product and processes conformity or assists with corrective action recommendations. Documents and communicates test analysis or measurement results to ensure compliance with regulatory and contractual requirements. Apply knowledge of tooling to ensure that deliverable tools meet contractual and company requirements to customers. Ability to operate multiple measuring systems, Spatial Analyzer considered a plus. Ability to define, interpret and reconcile supplier requirements and provide supplier tooling and product acceptance. Ability to work with minimal supervision, make decisions while utilizing time in an efficient and effective manner. Ability to develop and perform periodic tooling inspection points for tooling design, provide concurrence on tool design changes, evaluate discrepancies and conduct corrective action.
