Job Qualifications: Minimum
1. BS Degree in Engineering or related scientific field, or equivalent combination of experience and coursework. 2. One (1) year of experience in engineering field preferably dealing in repair and maintenance of transport category aircraft. 3. Must be able to travel domestically and abroad. 4. Must read, write, speak and understand the English language. 5. Must possess working knowledge of personal computer systems with Microsoft Office.
Preferred 1. Good oral, written, and organizational skills 2. Good working knowledge of engineering principles, repair and fabrication practices, aviation hardware and basic aircraft maintenance operations. 3. Knowledge of the use and application of aircraft technical data such as engineering drawings, SRM’s, MM’s, SB’s, IPC’s, etc. 4. Familiarity with aircraft industry programs such as Aging Aircraft, Corrosion Prevention and Control (CPCP), Supplemental Structural Inspection (SSI), Repair Assessment (RAP), etc. for various fleet types. |
