Complete work for cabin chair, corner sets, divan back cushions, curtains, couches, baggage nets, straps, pillows, pouches, small panels, glare shield, handrail, jump seat, laboratory seat, ottoman, rug runner, ECU boot, umbrella holder, etc. Check patterns, tack out leather/material on table, layout pattern on material, and trace pattern. Untack leather/material, cut out pattern, secure the foam and staple to leather/material. Check pattern tack fabric face side down, get foam face side down and shoot fabric and foam to bond together. Take fabric up, turn face side, trace around pattern and sew together to make part. Go to aircraft to get measurements when required. Prepare shop orders. Other duties as assigned.
Required Skills: Ability to read, understand and work from blueprints, contracts, materials list and manufacturing check list. Requires demonstrated ability to operate sewing machine Must be able to work any shift.
Required Education (including Major):High School or GED.
