• Lead all technical activities, administration, and customer interface asociated with the management of Bell Helicopter authorized structural repair fixtures.
• Act as the subject matter expert with regard to structural repair fixtures and advise management as to strategic impact of the new fixture requests and certification.
• Coordinate the approval process, billing, modification, controlling policies, and data exchange associated with structural repair fixtures.
• Coordinate all travel and customer visits associated with onsite inspection and repair of structural repair fixtures.
• Design and/or update structural repair fixture drawings, inspection criteria, develop technical reports, and coordinate the dissemination of data through appropriate channels.
• Advise customers of procedures, equipment, processes, and practives associated with the use of structural repair fixtures.
• Maintain structural repair fixture database and associated technical data. 
• Provide support to the CSS Engineering organization for technical project coordination and any or other CSS engineering initiatives as necessary.
• Ability to interface with various other functional organizations within Bell for project alignment regarding Legacy fleet sustaining efforts.
• Support certification, qualification and testing efforts as necessary.

• Bachelor of Science in Engineering or equivalent.
• Technical expertise and experience may be considered in lieu of degree.  This may include an FAA A&P license, extensive sheetmetal repair, or manufacturing experience.

• Experience with a capacity for international travel
• Prior experience in a customer-facing role and interaction with international clients. 
• Thorough grounding in helicopter structural repair processes and usage of structural repair fixtures.
