ARINC’s Defenses Systems Engineering & Support Business Unit in El Segundo is in search of a Financial Program Analyst who will provide financial tracking, analysis, and reporting support to the GPS Directorate at the Los Angeles Air Force Base. Specific duties include, but are not limited to: -Financial analysis & reporting -Submit, receive,and analyze data calls -Report & briefing slide preparation -Miscellaneous program support to the Deployable Joint Command and Control Joint Program Office (DJC2 JPO) -Data collection, analysis and reporting -Utilize the Project and Business Management System (PBMS lite) -Graphics support -Utilize the Comprehensive Cost and Requirement System (CCaR) -Budget assistance -Military Interdepartmental Purchase Request support(MIPR) Required Experience: The successful candidate will have seven (7) or more years of experience in: -Budgeting -Financial reporting -PC Project and Business Management System (PBMS lite) -Microsoft Word -Microsoft Excel -Microsoft PowerPoint -Comprehensive Cost and Requirement System(CCaR) -Military Interdepartmental Purchase Request support (MIPR) Basic software training will not be provided. Training in PBMS lite and government funding documents may be provided. Applicants selected will be subject to a government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements, including U.S. Citizenship, for access to classified information. Education Requirements: This position requires a Bachelors Degree in a related discipline; Master’s Degree is preferred. An equivalent combination of skills, training, and experience can be substituted for Education.
