Performs functions related to Aircraft Interior Upholstery processes. 

Under minimal supervision, execute assigned work order projects in accordance with design, customer, and FAA specifications ensuring that work performed reflect high quality standards. 

Completes assigned tasks within required budgeted hours, deadline requirements, and material guidelines while striving to eliminate job errors and rework.

This position requires the utilization of tools specific to technical processes associated with upholstery including but not limited to metal shears, metal brakes, foam saws, and sewing machines.

Assists in making designs, patterns and layouts; installs headliners, valances, window panels, chairs, etc. working from blueprints, floor plans and sketches.

The incumbent must maintain and utilize equipment in accordance with all operational and safety procedures.

• 5 years plus experience sewing all types of materials preferably leather.
• Experience using commercial sewing machines.
• Ability to create a sewing pattern.
• Ability to upholster various aircraft sub assemblies.
• Candidates with seat sculpting experience very helpful.
• Must be committed to providing a quality-finished product to our customers.

• Read and interpret manuals, diagrams and work orders.
• Possess own tools necessary to performing job.
• Gulfstream, Hawker, Citations and Falcons experience preferred
