| Job Desc: |
Travel Management is growing again! Maintenance Controllers are needed as our fleet and staff continues to expand.
- Coordinate the performance of scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, and FAA Airworthiness Directives on BE400/400A/XP and HS125-800 series aircraft.
- Direct preventative maintenance, inspections, troubleshooting, rebuilding, alterations, handling, servicing, and support on aircraft airframe, engine, appliances, systems, and associated equipment in accordance with applicable/authorized technical data, job qualification, and safety standards approved by FAA.
- Coordinate inspections, tests, adjusts, and repairs of avionics equipment, such as radar, radio, pulse, navigation, auto pilot, and compass systems, installed in aircraft.
- Read and interpret aircraft maintenance manuals and schematics to determine feasibility and method of repairing or replacing malfunctioning or damaged components.
- Collect information from off-site mechanics, and assist them via telephone with determining cause and correction of malfunctions.
- Uses data collection system to record maintenance actions.
- Complies with Travel Management’s contractual requirements, company policies and procedures.
- Promotes team work and exceptional customer service.
- Other duties as assigned.

| Requirements: |
- 3 - 5 years hands-on experience as an aircraft mechanic.; 1 - 2 years supervisory
- Airframe and Powerplant license required. BE400/400A/XP and HS125-800 series aircraft experience desirable.
- Must be able to read, interpret, and follow technical instructions, drawings, schematics, and diagrams.
- Must have own hand tools.
- Must have drivers license, no DUI/DWI, or major moving violations in last 5 years.
- Must be able to pass background investigation. Initial and random DOT drug screening. Random DOT alcohol screening.
