GA Maintenance Supervisor: Established repair station is seeking an experienced Maintenance Supervisor to join our team in Burlington, Vermont. This position requires a current A&P certificate and IA preferred. Minimum of 7 years of GA experience, preferably in a supervisory role. Strong troubleshooting skills a must! Essential job duties include: ensuring safety quality, efficiency and compliance of all maintenance activities, maintain customer relationships, maintain positive employee relations, assisting and directing personnel in the performance of their duties so that work is accomplished on schedule and in accordance with applicable FAA and Repair Station procedures.
