Job Desc:

VSC is searching for a qualified independent contractor to support quality source inspection throughout the Irvine, CA area (approx. 60 mile vicinity). The Frequency will be around 40 hours/week and the duration will be on going.

Requirements:

Min. 5 years recent experience in Quality in the Aerospace Industry
Experience with AS9102 (first article inspection)
Hands on FAI experience (first article inspection)
Aircraft Commodity Experience including: Structures, Mechanical Assemblies and Precision machined parts, Fasteners, Special Processes, Electronic Components and Systems, Avionics, Raw Materials, and Consumables
Experience with the following commodities: machined parts, mechanical assemblies, eletromechanical assemblies, sheet metal parts.
Attention to detail is extremely important on this complex program
Our customer uses a specific online system therefore candidate MUST be computer/internet savvy
