Exercise management and supervision responsibility for the overall field in-flight operations of electro-optical and infrared (EO/IR) imagery acquisitions systems as part of an aircrew on a multi-place aircraft at the Program Management level. Coordinate the hire, assignment and operations of operator crew members with field supervisors, program management, human resources and the customer.

Qualifications
Requires the necessary education, skills, knowledge and abilities to effectively supervise assigned operations. Prior military or contractor flight crew experience performing same duties below is required:
- Operates MX-15 EO/IR sensor package that includes associated communications equipment.
- Pre-flights and post-flights EO/IR sensor systems, illuminator equipment, and associated equipment to include a communications suite.
- Performs mission planning by assembling target information, locating forces, and hostile defense locations.
- Provides guidance to ground personnel for object recognition. Coordinates with other aircrew members to verify and validate objects.
- Prepares in-flight mission reports and assures proper documentation of equipment malfunctions in required forms and reports.
- Participates in maintenance, operations, and intelligence briefings.
- Conducts maintenance check operations and check flights of EO/IR sensor systems and illuminator equipment for troubleshooting and proper operation.
- Able to work any assigned shift or schedule, including mission support outside normal duty hours and travel as required supporting mission requirements.
- Have and maintain a valid Third Class FAA Flight Physical.
- Attend recurrent training as required.
- Update aircraft survivability equipment databases,
- Perform other reasonably related incidental duties when directed.
- Other related duties as required to support contract and mission requirements.
- Prior aircrew experience operating imagery acquisition systems in a tactical environment. Recent experience as a crewmember on RC-12, P-3C, EP-3E or similar platform is required - Current company personnel in the job category are preferred.
- A Secret Security Clearance is required or as designed by the contract.
- Must hold a valid US Passport
- Must be able to read, speak, write legibly and understand the English language.
- Must be customer oriented, be able to integrate into a team environment and maintain a level of communication consistent with the customer’s mission requirements.
