AAR Aircraft Services - Miami is seeking an
Avionics Manager who:

„« Effectively exercises control and
responsibility for all maintenance resources.
„« Effectively adjusts resources to ensure
that all priorities are met.
„« Efficiently coordinates actions and
expectations with all support departments to
keep projects on schedule.
„« Effectively administers quality program
to deliver consistent, high-quality products.
„« Manages staffing requirements and
adjusts workforce in a timely manner to ensure
the proper support of projects.
„« Effectively coordinates with customer
reps to ensure total satisfaction.
„« Ensures the proper training of the
personnel under his/her direction and ensures
that such training is properly documented in
each individual’s training record.
„« Effectively manages employee performance.

Qualifications:

„« Valid A&P license
„« Ten or more years working in a transport
category aircraft maintenance environment.
„« Five or more year’s supervisory
experience in an aircraft maintenance
environment.
„« Excellent understanding of all
commercial aspects of MRO business
„« Solid understanding of accounting
principles
„« Excellent communication skills (written
and oral)
„« Proficiency in the use of Microsoft
Office tools
„« Proven ability to motivate and lead
employees
„« Must be able to work flexible shifts and
days off to meet production needs
