NDT INSPECTORS (Job #15045)

Location: Kansas City, MO

Requirements:

·         Experienced Aerospace mechanical  inspectors with strong welding and mechanical inspection experience with Non-Destructive Testing (NDT) Level 3 certification

·         Minimum of 10 years of precision mechanical experience

·         Background and experience with welding

·         Experience with GD&T to ANSI Y 14.5 standards

·         Major mechanical assembly experience.

·         Experience with metal, rubber, and plastic commodities

·         ASNT Level 3 certifications as both an examiner and inspector in all areas of NDT including VT, PT, MT, RT and UT

·         Other Level 3 Certification to the requirements of MIL-STD-410 or NAS410 will be considered

FIRST ARTICLE INSPECTORS (Job #15249)

Location: St. Louis, MO

Requirements:

·         Experienced Aerospace source inspectors to perform First Article of Inspections (FAI)

·         5 to 8 years of recent hands-on Aerospace inspection experience

·         Experience inspecting sheet metal and machined parts

·         Must have experience performing and completing First Article Inspections Reports(FAIRs)

·         Must be very familiar with FAI checklists and forms

·         Must have significant experience with GD&T

·         Familiarity with digital product definition with CATIA v5 or 3D engineering models preferred  

QUALITY ENGINEERS (Job #15468)

Location: St. Louis, MO

Requirements:

·         Extensive experience as a Supplier Quality Engineer (SQE)

·         Ability to source airframe system components

·         Extensive audit experience in an Aerospace manufacturing environment

·         Experience performing root cause analysis and corrective action investigation

·         Proficient in supplier correspondence and interface with experience in contract review and purchase order (PO) review

·         Experience with Foreign Object Damage (FOD) control programs

·         Knowledgeable of ANSI Y 14.5 and GD&T

·         Special Processes Experience: ability to evaluate compliance based on the requirements of process specifications.

·         Certified Quality Engineer or Auditor desirable

MECHANICAL INSPECTORS (Job# 15367)

Location: Hazelwood, MO

Requirements:

·         Experienced in the performance of dimensional and visual inspection of in-process airframe parts

·         Experience with CATIA, Solidworks, Unigraphics, ProE or equivalent

·         Ability to interpret 3D models and perform inspection to 3D drawings and specifications on CATIA modeling software

·         Good Knowledge of ANSI Y 14.5 and GD&T

·         Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and process specifications

·         Ability to efficiently use measuring tools encompassing micrometers, calipers, hole gages, radius gages. Ability to set up and use height gages and depth gages.

·         Special Processes Experience: ability to visually determine the finished quality of special processes based on the requirements of process specifications. Ability to interpret specifications and visually inspect to specifications.

·         Ability to perform visual inspection of small assemblies assembled with rivets, sealants, and adhesives.

AIRCRAFT MAINTENANCE INSPECTORS (Job# 15431)

Location: St. Genevieve, MO

.Requirements:

·         Experienced source inspector with recent aircraft maintenance experience with large transport and tanker airframes

·         Airframe and Power plant license preferred

·         Experience with in-use fielded aircraft or major component overhaul/repair station

·         US Air Force, National Guard and US Air Force Reserve experience preferred. Experience as a contractor also accepted.

MECHANICAL INSPECTORS (Job# 15330)

Location: St. Genevieve, MO

Requirements:

·         Seasoned mechanical source inspector with experience working with mechanical commodities, sheet metal, and machined parts.

·         Digital Product Definition (DPD) experience or experience with 3D engineering modeling with CATIA, Solidworks, ProE or equivalent

·         Knowledge of CMM validation

·         First Article Inspection (FAI) experience to the AS9102 standard

·         Ability to read and interpret drawings

·         Good Knowledge of ANSI Y 14.5 and GD&T
