| Job Desc: |
- Fabricate panels, cover panels including: headliners, window liners, seats and curtains
- Sews, fabricates, and installs covers for all styles of panels in the aircraft interior
- Examine furniture frames, upholstery, springs, and webbing to locate defects.
- Attach fasteners, grommets, buttons, buckles, ornamental trim, and other accessories to covers or frames, using hand tools.
- Fit panels and windows, cabin head liners, upper sidewalls, lower side panels, hatch panels, windows, cut and surge carpets, cover bulkheads, fabricate various metal parts, and covering and installation of panels.
- Must be familiar with and have operational knowledge of department tool
- Diagnoses problems, replace or repair parts, test and make adjustment
- Detects errors and correct through proper departmental channel
- Seeks methods to cross train to develop technical skills and business knowledge. Will also be required to assist Aircraft Service Mechanics, under supervision, with aircraft maintenance requirements.

| Requirements: |
High school or GED - 2 or more years of related experience
- Aircraft Upholstery skills a plus
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Must be flexible with shift work
