| Job Desc: |
Manage the Engineering department including manpower and expenses • Responsible for developing and maintaining engineering schedules, processes, policies and procedures • Responsible for the completeness and correctness of technical design and analysis • Work with Program Management, Certification, Manufacturing, Test and Quality to plan and execute projects • Responsible for all engineering activities required to support the company’s current aircraft related product lines • Possess specific knowledge and experience relating to – systems integration, airline modifications, cabin interiors & systems, MRO & OEM customers and FAA/DER regulatory requirements • Responsible for developing and maintaining engineering schedules, processes, policies and procedures • Responsible for the completeness and correctness of technical design and analysis • Work with Program Management, Certification, Manufacturing, Test and Quality to plan and execute projects • Responsible for all engineering activities required to support the company’s current aircraft related product lines • Possess specific knowledge and experience relating to – systems integration, airline modifications, cabin interiors & systems, MRO & OEM customers and FAA/DER regulatory requirements |

| Requirements: | • BS degree in Mechanical or Aerospace preferred or commensurate experience • Minimum 15 years aviation background and aircraft interior experience • Strong communication and problem-solving skills • Experience with Microsoft Office products and Solid Works, Autocad, or CATIA V5 • Minimum 3 years managing engineering groups • Experience creating and executing department budgets • Experience managing multiple concurrent design projects • Ability to work efficiently in a team environment |
