Lead Internal and Customer Design Reviews
• Serve as primary customer interface for all contract and production matters
• Coordinate across all departments to direct project statement of work & responsibilities
• Manage program budget, schedule & status
• Conduct weekly program status reports and meetings for management & customer
• Coordinate customer visits
• Track workscope changes with Contract Administrator
• Utilize dashboards to identify risk & mitigation programs, track vendor status with purchasing, status overall project compliance
• Track action items, responsibilities & status
• Coordinate project installation site support
• Excellent communication & presentation skills a must
