Requirements:

·         Hands on experience in mechanical inspection, machined parts, Geometric, dimensioning and Tolerance (GD&T)

·         Digital Data experience 

·         Ability to read and interpret 3-D blueprints

Mechanical Inspectors (Job# 15644 / 15735)

Location: Chatsworth (#15644) and Corona (#15735)

Requirements:

·         Background in Aerospace

·         5 years of Quality Inspection Experience

·         Experienced in Mechanical Inspection

·         Must have specific experience with plates, surface finishes, or equivalent

Electrical Inspectors (Job# 15492)

Requirements:

·         Must have experience performing inspection on PCB/PCBA’s.

Requirements:

Quality Engineers (Job #15473)

Requirements:

·         Experience supporting a Supplier Quality Management organization and monitoring the suppliers’ quality performance product

·         Experienced in the management of quality performance for suppliers of various aircraft structures, systems, and components or Military procurement quality

·         Highly knowledgeable in Root Cause and Corrective Action, and be capable of clear concise communication with suppliers

·         Must have audit experience covering Foreign Object Damage (FOD), Contract Review, End Item Acceptance, and Subtier Control

·         Previous experience with surveillance and auditing

·         Must have a mechanical, electrical, or electronics/systems background

·         High proficiency in Microsoft Office Word, Excel and PowerPoint

CMM Operators / Programmers/Inspectors (Job# 15432)

Requirements:

·         Coordinate Measuring Machine (CMM) programming experience using PC-DMIS (all levels)

·         Hands on experience operating CMM’s and performing CMM inspections

Location: Santa Clarita

Requirements:

·         Perform visual overchecks based on customer provided supplier specific source inspection scoping documents

·         5 years of recent hands on aerospace source inspection experience

·         5 years inspecting aerospace transmission gears

·         Experience evaluating the conformity of gear hardware both dimensionally and metallurgically

·         Strong understanding of the interpretation of gear charts

·         Knowledge of AGMA - 2000 - A88 / AGMA 2015
