The Technical CSR Manager will serve as the focal for current and prospective customers, responsible for coordination, review and maintenance of current and new customers.
Responsibilities
Provide service to key customers in the form of hands-on, real time problem resolution and communication. Serve as resource for problem resolution with customer and liaison between Valair and customer. Will be prime customer contact throughout work scopes. Communicate and respond to customer feedback both positive and negative. Participate in periodic forecasting activities. Travel as necessary to resolve problems and to develop relationships with current and prospective customers. Participate in a variety of special projects and improvement teams and compile a variety of special reports as requested.
