May be exposed to moderate discomforts, such as heat, cold, wind and extremely high noise levels. This position requires normal physical functions. Will be required to comply with safety requirements of the Standard Operating Procedures Manual.
May be required to wear personal protective equipment, where applicable.
Individual must be able to lift/move objects weighing 45 lbs or less that are positioned between the shoulder and the ankle and objects weighing 25 lbs. or less that are positioned above the shoulder.

High school graduate or equivalent. Formal training in supervisory duties desirable.
Must
have a minimum of seven years of experience.

Must have good verbal and written communication skills
and be able to communicate with the customer. Must have ability to supervise large team complements including leadmen, production plans, material and quality control personnel. Requires a high degree of tact, judgment, knowledge, integrity, and the ability to deal with and influence others in a positive
