The Customer Service Representative (CSR) holds a key evolving function for Heli-One and it’s customers. As a first-line communicator for customer needs, the CSR must possess a strong and positive attitude supporting customer requirements while working through challenges in a manner that promotes Heli-One as an easy company to do business with. Great opportunity to learn a new side of the business, liaise with multiple functions and levels within the organization and influence service delivery! This role will be based in Ciudad del Carmen, Mexico and is dedicated to supporting a key Oil and Gas Customer in the region.
Responsibilities:Serve as a single point of contact for all customer support mattersProcess, administer and execute orders in accordance with contractual obligationsSell spares, develop and administer quotes & approvals, and initiate work ordersProvide after hours support to include possible rotation on AOG support deskEffectively communicate order confirmations and status to customersResponsible for invoicing customers in a timely manner in accordance with contractual obligations, terms and conditionsEnsure accurate reporting and management of company property at customer locationsRecord all customer complaints and ensures processing and timely responsesLiaise with varying departments to drive actions and voice customer needs while meeting the objectives set forth by direct or indirect managementAccountable to administer contractual requirements. Prepare service reports and participates in customer meetings as requiredTravel (>20%) to include international may be requiredMay perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications & Experience:Previous Aerospace operator / OEM experience & knowledge required (rotorcraft preferred)AME & Airframe / Powerplant license beneficial to associate with customer needs while identifying solutions2-5 years of relevant experience in Customer Support Aerospace industry preferredStrong to excellent proficiencly using Microsoft Office Suite requiredUniversity degree preferredExcellent listening, verbal and written communicationDemonstrated team player with excellent interpersonal skillsMust be bilingual Spanish-EnglishMust be legally authorized to work in Mexico
