Job Description:  The Manager of Maintenance Training provides technical and non-technical training for Dynamic Aviation employees, specifically the Maintenance and Engineering Departments.  This role will lead Maintenance Training staff and manage maintenance publications to ensure compliance with Federal Aviation Regulations and Company requirements.      

Job Responsibilities:  The Manager of Maintenance Training will coordinate all maintenance training events, maintain training records for the Maintenance and Engineering Departments, conduct training classes, and satisfy the responsibilities of the Maintenance training instructor as needed.  The Manager of Maintenance Training will also facilitate the development, planning, updating, and organization of current and new training events; maintain equipment, manuals, and training materials used by Maintenance Training, ensure completion of recurring training events; and maintain the Run-Taxi program procedures and create the Run-Taxi manual.  Additional responsibilities include familiarization of Company policies and procedures, supervising the Maintenance Training Instructors, supervising the Maintenance Training Records Specialist and the training records for the maintenance department, and other duties as assigned by the Director of Maintenance.     

Job Requirements: The ideal candidate must possess a current FAA A&P Certificate.  Applicants must have excellent written and verbal communication skills.  A minimum of three years’ experience writing maintenance training and assessment programs and a 2-4 year college degree or related background is preferred.
