Job Description: The Logistics Manager enables aircraft availability for Dynamic Aviation by effectively and efficiently managing all aspects of the Logistics Department. Logistics is responsible for purchasing functions, shipping and receiving, parts and subsystem (including customer owned equipment) inventory management in multiple locations, and aircraft production and maintenance department support. Job Responsibilities: The Logistics Manager must be able to provide daily supervision of Logistics personnel and programs while ensuring adequate levels of material/parts inventories are maintained. The Logistics Manager will coordinate with peer managers to understand logistics needs for aircraft build, modification, maintenance and deployment projects and directing department resources to meet company priorities and goals. Integrating new processes and necessary improvements into department functions and ensuring quality customer service is provided to internal and external Logistics customers are both essential job responsibilities. The Logistics Manager will maintain accurate staffing levels for effective and efficient completion of department responsibilities while following company guidelines and procedures managing department personnel. The Logistics Manager will also perform additional duties as required. |

| Requirements: | Job Requirements: The ideal candidate for this position must have a Bachelor’s degree in an associated field, strong written and verbal communication skills, previous experience in a management position, ability to travel as needed, and the ability to succeed in a fast-paced, ever-changing production environment. Proficiency with MSOffice products and logistic software programs is required while experience with Pentagon is preferred. Previous experience in Logistics/Inventory for an aviation company (Part 121 and/or 145) is preferred. Dynamic Aviation Group, Inc. offers a competitive salary and an excellent work environment.
