The Director of Services holds a key role in developing and administering processes while driving improvements within customer support specific to AOG’s, core returns, and warranties. Accountable for process accuracy and efficiency, this asset will drive change and improvements within the department to ensure customer satisfaction is balanced through enforcing processes that disallow leakage.
Responsibilities:Responsible for managing all service related aspects of customer support: primarily AOG’s, Core returns, warranty administration and ISP (Integrated Support Platform) expediting.Must be a change agent, process oriented, and focused on creating lean procedures in support of growing business and resolving conflict with customers.Liaise with various departments to correct leakages of all types, build and refine processes while improving service rates as defined.Liaise with various departments in order to prioritize customer needs balanced by company requirements.Responsible to work afterhours as needed to support customers.Ensure service commitments are met or exceededScorecard and standardized process development is key to this function.International travel may be required.May perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications & Experience:Experience – 10+ years relevant experienceStrategic customer support management experience in manufacturing a plusExperience in successfully managing in a global environmentSelf motivated and results oriented with a focus on qualityExpert in MS office suiteExcellent collaborative problem solving skillsAbility to strategically lead and manage in a rapidly evolving and dynamic environment
