The Program Scheduling Analyst in the aerospace / DOD industry supporting aircraft modification programs will be responsible for creating and maintaining schedules within Microsoft Project using EVMS principals and best practices. · Must have the ability to coordinate with Control Account Managers (CAM) and cross functional IPT members to update the schedule for monthly internal reporting requirements and CDRL submittals. · Work closely with program management to perform what-if schedule analysis and risk assessment. · Perform critical path and near-critical path schedule analysis. · Performs in-depth analyses and prepares reports on schedule performance for management review. · Must be able to interface with and present proposed solutions to high-level representatives of customers and work in a team environment. · Sets highest ethical standards for self and others. · May act as a Lead and/or train lower level schedulers. · Other duties as assigned. |

| Requirements: | · Business/Technical Bachelor degree + a minimum of 6 years directly related experience in any of the following: EVMS, financial analysis, project planning/coordination, program cost schedule, production scheduling, program control, and/or technical experience in aerospace industry. · Must have Microsoft Office software experience in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. · Must have experience in Microsoft Project. · Must be able to obtain a Security Clearance. · Must be able to travel as required. · Must be able to work any shift, weekends, and overtime as required.
