The position will be located 30 minutes north of Munich.

The Position

·         Analysis of avionic system requirements and design

·         Design of test methods for the verification of specified requirements

·         Preparation and optimization of test descriptions and test procedures

·         Preparation and optimization of test environments

·         Execution of avionic system integration tests

·         Analysis and documentation of test result

·         Preparation of System Problem Reports

·         Care and further development of tools for test cycle support

Qualifications:

Basic knowledge in:

·         Information technology, electro technology, communications engineering

·         Software and/or system integration

·         Software testing (ISTQB Standard)

·         Real time computer and bus systems (preferably MilBus, EFEXBus)

·         Programming (preferably C/C++, Ada)

Further knowledge and abilities:

·         Knowledge of Eurofighter aircraft systems, especially avionics

·         Knowledge of EP&T tools PVCS, DOORS, Statemate

·         Knowledge of the Eurofighter software development process

·         Knowledge of the test systems MaTE

·         Comprehensive, systemic thinking, recognition of complex connections and interrelationships

·         Analytic work style

·         Computer knowledge (MS Office, Unix…)

·         Fluent English in speaking and writing
