Are you looking for a fun place to work? Hillsboro Aviation is now hiring Airplane Flight Instructors. To qualify for this position you must be an FAA certified airplane flight instructor (CFI). 200 hours of dual given and CFII / MEI are preferred qualifications. Previous teaching experience is desired. Hillsboro Aviation offers a great working environment with lots of full-time professional pilot students. We provide competitive wages, incentives and free simulator time for instructors. We also offer opportunities for our instructors to become approved pilots in our Part 135 operations in both piston and turbo-prop aircraft. One of the many advantages of being a Hillsboro Aviation CFI is that locally-based Horizon Airlines utilizes our flight simulator for conducting all of their pilot interview flight evaluations. Horizon also has a direct hire relationship for graduates of Portland Community College/Hillsboro Aviation.
