A&P Licensed - Maintenance Controllers – Multiple positions and multiple shifts available - Maintenance Controllers work at the operational headquarters of Mountain Air Cargo, located at Little Mountain Airport in Maiden, NC, just 30 minutes north of Charlotte. The business operates on a 24/7 operating schedule. The primary role of a Maintenance Controller is to assist line station mechanics with troubleshooting and problem resolution on aircraft maintenance & repair; coordination of regularly scheduled maintenance with outstation facilities; parts tracking and transfers and preparation of required reporting on aircraft status. |

| Requirements: | Key competencies needed include extensive knowledge and use of manufacturers repair and troubleshooting documents, ability to effectively coordinate with respective operational areas diversion and rescheduling efforts, working knowledge of FAA Regulations, ability to communicate both verbally and in writing procedures to follow without varying from the process. Position requires a valid A&P license, minimum of three years experience, experience with Cessna & ATR aircraft and engines are preferred. Must be able to multi-task with a high degree of attention to detail. May be required to work nights or weekends.
