Constant Aviation is looking for Avionics Manager in the Northwest, Southwest, Midwest, Northeast and Southeast regions of the country

• Ensure availability to the Avionics Department of the current approved technical data on all articles tested or repaired by the avionics department
• Responsible for maintaining the Avionics Department‘s equipment and tools in a serviceable condition to include required checks and calibration
• Promote team work and improve employee moral by requiring the highest level of quality and performance, promote training and improve standards and work processes
• Ensures that work completed on shift complies with all technical publications and FAA regulations
• Presents a clean and neat work area to customers
• Give direction or technical advice to the technicians to make sure systems are troubleshot properly
• Coordinate with maintenance leads on which airplanes can be returned to service and create a priority list on how to get planes out by their scheduled time
• Responsible for adequate training of computer software, company policies, test equipment and systems to each technician on your shift
• Debrief on-coming and out-going crew members

  Ability to routinely meet budgeted job/production schedule/hours
• Focuses efforts on delivering satisfaction to the customer

• Minimum of 10 years of experience working with jet avionics
• Experience with installation, troubleshooting and repair
• Must have knowledge of 145 repair station standards
• Strong leadership and motivational skills
• Excellent oral/written communication skills
• Above average computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office software suite
