Job Desc:

Duties:	1.Weapons and Tactical school commander advisor. 2.Train and tech fighter guiders. 3.Develop and improve curriculum’s. 4.Develop and modify the Tactical Training Applications 5.Determine training weakness and conduct to solve it. 6.Integrated teamwork with other aircraft types in RSAF fleet.
Qualifications:	Retired F-15 fighter pilot (F-15C&E models) Instructor Pilot, Fighter Weapons School Graduate (preferred) Tactical Weapons Instructor for F-15 Fleet. Gained all certified training courses in the Weapons & Tactical. Knowledge in the Electronic Warfare. Just recently retired not more than two years. (500) hours experience as weapons instructor pilot.
